So yes, I watched the new Ghost in the Shell movie. Surprise, surprise, I didn't like it. It wasn't necessarily awful or even bad, it was just... so tame considering how fucked up Ghost in the Shell is. I never thought that stories in movies could end up being casualized just like video games. Like what the fuck?
On a more positive note, I watched John Wick 2 and that movie is the fucking TITS. That's why Kusanagi is holding the gun like that in this picture: Cause John Wank does it in the movie. If a movie about Keanu Reeves killing people is more interesting and well-made than your Ghost in the Shell reboot, you done fucked up.
