so me and my younger brother were talking about this i say that brocks got it sure he cant use alchemy but he is a super spy with a bull like rage that makes him almost invincible. i would like to hear what yo have to say so which do you think and why?on the left.alex.luis.armstrong(full metal alchemist) on the right brock.samson(the venture brothers)

I think Armstrong would look at Brock as a fellow brother of muscle, and Brock would look at Armstrong as too good/nice a guy to fight. HOWEVER, I may have to side with Brock if worse comes to worse.

You yea, you do have a point there. But then again, if Samson did act him. Don't you think Armstrong would dodge it then kick his butt. I mean, your right. Samson would kill anyone, anytime, anywhere. But If Armstrong had orders to find Samson and kill him. I think Armstrong would win that!

But then again, Armstrong wouldn't hurt his family. He's WAY to prideful like that and if he did, he wouldn't physically beat them. Maybe a punch or two! Plus his sister is WAY to hard core and mean then General Armstrong. Plus let's not forgot in Brotherhood they did fight together. (Just saying.)

true but samson has fought demons, ghosts, mummys, giant robots, he has actually died been buried then came back to life and killed a cocoon full of henchmen and if we're talking about working together then brock has molitov cocktease

And Armstrong has fought Scars, countless of criminals, and has fought along side of the Elric brothers. Let's not forget General Mustang. And he can use alchemy which is a science. I must say, one of the most brilliant uses of Science too! But still.

mmmmm he never fights alone and the one time he does he doesnt win it's a tie as a matter of fact you never see armstrong win a fight alone however samson never loses a fight and up to season 4 only fights alone so he is used to a 1 v 1 and samson doesnt use a small circle that if broken leaves him without the only advantage he has all he uses is his knife which he can fight with or without

Well then again, two is better then one. Personally, i rather fight with another person instead of myself. But using the small circle can create SO much power. So you'd basically win.

yes 2 is better then one but this isnt venture bros vs full metal alchemist. it's 1v1 armstrong, samson and as we've seen samson can hit pretty much any target by throwing his knife even a small circle and armstrongs alchemy is pretty much like a huge gun he can shoot rocks like bullets and samson is very good against bullets and i know what you're thinking he can also make gaint walls and such but he has never done that without the stone

But then again, Samson is a super agent and Armstrong is a general of a military. Sure, Samson is good with bullets. But he has fought hemoncli, who are basically immortal. Then again, Samson has fought zombies... etc. (I really don't want to list. Lol.) But either way! Plus, General Armstrong is also good with bullets. For crying out loud, he came make them with a smash of his fists. Then again, Armstrong doesn't miss either. He makes a pretty good shot and while Samson being strong and althetic and all that jazz. So is Armstrong, honestly, it's just the battle of mind power and what descion they choose. For instant what path they go down. And Since we can't really determain that, since we aren't the character. This debate will just go on and on. Besides, they both are almost the same, its just they can both do different things. Like Armstrong with achlemy and Samson being a super agent.

you're exactly right it's what's in my opinion the closest fight ever that's why i thought it would be cool to draw. i will make my final argument for samson here because im sure we could go on forever samson will kill armstrong will not. he will hesitate just as mustang did when he fought edward and that 1 moment is all samson needs

And trust me, the drawing was AMAZING! And I will make my last augment for Armstrong. Your wrong when you say he would hesitate. Mustang hesitated because he flashed back to the battle in inshlum (Or how ever you spell it.) That's the ONLY reason, as for Armstrong. If he'd get in ordered to kill Samson. There is NO doubt in my mind that Armstrong wouldn't hesitate, one. Samson would be a criminal and two. Samson has NO connection with that war, what so EVER! So there is NO reason in the entire world why Armstrong would hesitate. And your were wrong for comparing Armstrong killing Samson to Mustang hesitating with Edward. Because unlike Armstrong killing Samson, Mustang and Edward has a connection. So therefore, there is no reason for Armstrong to hesitate and would fight and pracitcally win fighting against Samson. But then again, this is my opinion about the topic. And my friend, you've made some pretty good points. But i'm pretty sure Armstrong would kill Samson with NO hesitation what so ever!

Exactly. I can't really decide without my brain attacking itself >.<. On one hand, you have someone with military training that survived being killed 37 times and can kill giant robots and demons. On the other hand you have a military trained alchemist who's capable of bench pressing a tank and can fight back an immortal. It's really hard to pick which one's stronger
