how do you get such a good scan onto pc T.T and wow this is so intense love ^u^ 10/10

I scan it without any Scan Setting, il just set it to Black and White, be sure not to scan too bright and too dark, try to find something between, then I just open it in Photoshop, resize it ( I scann with 300dpi) and I just duplicate the drawing layer and set it to soft light, turn the opacity to around 65% and if you want you can grabd the dodge tool to darken parts and the burn tool to lighten up parts
