Episode 14 (Season 2, Episode 1) - "Changes"
It has been two weeks since the Richland gang and their other friends and family have returned to Middleton and their normal lives; however, things are not the same as when they left. All of them were changed by their rather eventful summer vacation at the Hansen ocean beach house, some more than others, and there have been changes in Middleton while they were gone. That is not all. There is about to be a major change at the Richland Townhomes. A new tenant is about to move in, one who will almost immediately threaten the happy balance in their lives that the Richland gang and their family and friends have just achieved. Theirs will be the task of dealing with this major change and the individual behind it, as well as finding a way for this new member of their group to fill their own unique niche in the Richland family, and restore that happy balance once again.
