Ok, I want one of these, but I don't think I have the right deck for it. (Maybe Sheoldred, Whispering One would work, or Bolas.)

Yeah, but I see Sauron as mostly black, though grixis could work (though I don't really see much of any red or blue in him).  Sheoldred also has the ability to make ring wraiths (sort of).  Bolas was my second idea just because Bolas is super powerful and evil and manipulative and stuff.  He's even been killed once or twice.  

And I would totally run this in mono-black just because it's awesome, even if swamps are strictly better.
