Description
A burg ruin in the village Eppan above the old and important trading town Bolzano (Bozen), the capital city of South Tyrol in the north of Italy.
Since the Bronze Age one of the most important ways to transverse the Alps passed from Innsbruck in Austria over the mountain pass Brenner to Bozen, Lake Garda into the north of Italy. You can find a lot of castles along this way, buildet to protct this important facility.
This castle Boymont was buildet in the year 1235 and was destroyed by a fire in the year 1413.

This means leaves on a branch, flowers on the tree, extracts from the trunk or roots or, in the case of fruit trees, the fruits on the tree. Topic 2: Spring Landscapes and scenery with delicate green leaves, tulips, primroses, returning birds, spring storms, but also festivals associated with spring, for example Easter or spring solstice, winter expulsion. Topic 3: Sky Sensations This is the place for spectacular sky scenes, whether they be sunrises or sunsets or planetary and cosmic celestial phenomena, such as comets, shooting stars, the evening star. Topic 4: Music Music is very broad. There is space here for bands, musical instruments, song lyrics, singers, dancers, sheet music or even parts of them. Topic 5: Flowers All kind of flowers will find their place here. It also can be still life flowers or floral arragements/decorations. Topic 6: Monuments Everything concerning monuments. Historical monuments, specific buildings with historical significance, crypts or tombstones in cemeteries, or simply memorable places where memorable scenes had taken place, for example battlefields. Topic 7: Everlasting Memories Let your memories about things, people, places, events come up that you will never forget in your life because they were so memorable and unique. Topic 8: Thankfulness For what are you thankful? Gestures, kind words, kindness, acceptance, tolerance...What is it? Topic 9: Birds Here is the place for our feathered friends. Domestic animals (budgies, parrots), wild birds (tits, blackbirds, starlings), large birds (storks, herons) and birds of prey (owls, eagles). The birds mentioned are just examples...there are a lot more. Topic 10: Who or What could I be? What do you think? Like in every contest, I hosted, there will be a "personal" folder to spice things up. As you have noticed on Discord, my slogan is "Between Heaven and Earth". Some people think that I might be an elf or an angel or a dragon. So what do you choose and how would you like to depict me in the form you have chosen out of the three. I am very curious...!!! Dates The contest will start on 01st February 2024. It will end on 30th April 2024. Deadline will be extended if necessary!! New or old art It can be either new art or old art, whereby new art after the date of this journal would be prefered.
