So, England... and Finnish flag.Here's an explanation:
I drew this for Sugiyama Noriaki, when he was at Desucon - here in Finland. He likes cats, I like his character England and he was here in Finland so here's a result; Iggy-cat, with Finnish flag in his mouth.
I didn't expect I could give this to him; but I did! And he looked kind of... happy, but surprised
