Deerling is Normal/Grass, not the other way around, which is illogical if Normal is supposed to be the "default" type.

because that's what we think, Berryum obviously could be pure grass (although its two evolutions are grass/??? and grass/??? , by now is a mystery )

Sounds like thatd really need some very special case ala Girafarig where its even visually two-sided (but even that is secondary Psy...).
Unlike the reverse, where they're just not specialized enough (like Bibarel with Water) to justify a pure type (just Water in that example)
