Surely! Just saying - non-computer artwork isn't a vector. And not all computer artworks are vectors. Vector images are made up of mathematical equations of points to create the image, as opposed to images that only remember pixel data (which are called raster images). [link]

In any case, it's a lovely image! I actually came across it because I was searching for images of vector trees on here.
