Evolves into Frrarstish by reaching lvl. 17 while being frozen

Dex Entry: Being able to manipulate the aggregate state of water they absorbed, these Pokémon are able to filter entire beaches from pollution by absobing pollutants and releasing them in the air. By freezing their body parts, they can control their ability to either float or sink in water.

Best Stats: HP / SpDef / Def
