I was wondering why this looked so familiar.
This was one of the covers for JLA #12...I wanted this cover and not the one I had gotten, but hey, seeing my favorite pair kiss made up for the cover.

I always hated the WW and Superman Shipping, still don't know why they didn't stick with Lois in the New 52....But i guess that's what the New 52 was for, starting over and making new possibilities.

I don't understand this Wonder Woman/Superman shipping. To me as the Amazonian Princess and a hard core feminist Wonder Woman would hate being seen as "Superman's Wife", she wants to be a great superhero in her own right and not be in a second in command position. If Princess Diana is going to be in a relationship it would have to be with someone who would let her be the head of the house, most likely a non superhero. And for Superman, he needs someone who can help him remand connected to humanity and his true identity as Clark Kent.

No I am bitching about DC forcing a stupid romantic pairing between two characters that have nothing in common except being superheroes. Come on DC everybody knows that Harley/Ivy are you're most popular couple and instead you give us this shit.

Yeah his parents raised him well and his job does that. To assume one person does that is kinda insulting to him, I think. You do know Superman is an alien and Lois will kick the bucket, so you saying he's useless when she's not around. Nonsense.
And you don't know Lois if you think Superman would be head of the house.
And are you saying a strong female character can't stand as an equal to a male counterpart? Cause that is what you are saying. You don't know modern WW much.

What I am saying is that despite how he was raised, over time Clark Kent could loss himself too Superman if there isn't someone to remind him of his humanity. Plus we don't know how long Superman will live for, because in some comics he seems to age like a normal human while in others he is immortal or at least ages slower.
And I am not saying Wonder Woman could not be an equal too a male counterpart, its just anyone would be shadowed by Superman. After all he is DC's most iconic character and I just think Wonder Woman should never be expected too stand aside for anyone.

You forget that Wonder Woman loves everyone, even her enimes. She wouldn't mind if whoever is with her is actually stronger than her, but she is still capable of beating. Superman still feels alienated, if he is with a human like Lois then while he grows to live longer they well still die of age. He well stand for humanitarian morals, but he accepts that he is different and wants someone that well help him feel normal. Wonder Woman can give him that feeling, since she is also different as well.

Personally I think Superman is going to die from cancer do to our yellow sun, so no real issue with the not growing old thing. Also, I still say Wonder Woman would have issue being seen as Superman's Wife and would always be competing for the limelight and that would just lead to tension between them.
However, I will admit that Superman could possibly fall in love with Wonder Woman, I just doubt the feeling would be mutual.

And I mean that with every ounce of seriousness a person can muster
