so anyway,...
was supposed to be in an artshow today. didn't happen. kinda bummed out about that.
oh. i see those looks.
'but D! don't you remember that last catastrophe of a show you were involved in???
what you tryin' to do? cause an international incident???'
uhm. well. that thought did cross my mind.

but,...you know,...i got to thinkin' (and yes. it did hurt to do that. shaddup.)
why would i wanna go be around a bunch of people i don't know,
don't know me, being suffocated by all the phoniness, having to put on aires and
such,...when i can come here, be all obnoxious and stupid,...(be my self, in other
words. heh.)...and FIT RIGHT IN!!!
oh yeah.

great piece man! I was a huge Spawn fan years back. I worked at a Toys IS Us when the figures first dropped, and was off work when MacFarlane came in to see how sales were doing. I lived in Az at the time. Bummer. What medium is this? the style is great!

... of course I do, who doesn't...? LOL I am a HUGE Spawn fan, had a McFarlane Spawn in my gallery a long time ago, in fact. Took it out after a while, because I got some flack for doing an exact inked replica of a cover, so I am going to color it (someday) and resubmit, maybe the purists will get off my back then. *shrug* anyhooo, I've got so much Spawn fanart in so many sketchbooks ... this just made me smile away as I remembered my old days of Spawny obsession. I still own every single one of the comic books (all carefully packed away with acid-free backing, of course) This is FANTASTIC and so original and funny; I just adore it. And I love the Ramones, of course, who doesn't..??
