it's hard to be different.I had this picture in mind for awhile, and it's pouring rain and snowing at the same time outside, go Norway, at least there is some inspiration.
I'm not very good at backgrounds, but I'm learning, they are fun to draw though.
gawd poor misunderstood Hiccup. he's lucky he got Toothless, the giant umbrella.

Ironic, isn't it? A dragon, the creature he was raised to hate, is the first person to show him kindness (except for Gobber, I guess)
And yet, the people of the village called him a traitor for trying to protect his friend, and he still stayed to fight the Death when they had done nothing to warrant his help or care. Hiccup is a true Hero.

I LOVE the rain effect and how "gloomy" it looks. Their expressions are very nice, and I like the fact that you can't really tell if Hiccup is just soaking or crying.
