Members:
Dr. Vladimir "Agrezz" Fitzgerald - Leader of villain team FCC known as the "Fitzgerald's Crime Corps". Irish-American criminal cyborg genius creating mutants and mechanical weapons, plans to take over Earth and the entire Multiverse. Uses his red cape for camouflage.

Niko "Gopnik" Pelotrevy - Russian criminal with augmented muscle and deadly armor. Uses his strong fists to punch walls and vault doors.

Dr. Hermann "N. Thrax" Günther - German scientist and toxin expert. Uses toxins and chemicals to melt down armor and kill groups.

Rodney "Hot Rod N. E." Evans - American engineer and machinery expert. Armed with a toolbox that transforms to a mech used to help him build, repair Dr. Fitzgerald's superweapons and also attack his enemies.
