Um. K. The blood was... fun? XD acrylic red paint = win. And all this was before we found out WHERE on Kuromin Fai always feeds from. (Silly CLAMP!)
Let's hope the pose isn't... too suggestive? Even with Fai licking his lips? Tooootally didnt mean it that way. Most of all, I wanted Kurogane with an "AH SHIT. THIS HURTS. *flinch*" expression, not a "OOH, pleasurable?!" one. 'Cos. Um. That's gotta hurt.
I'm a fangirl, but I'm an utterly realistic fangirl o_o Kurogane does not enjoy being bled. NO ONE DOES.
Had way too much fun with weathering it <3 I drowned it in coffee, spattered and patched it with dirty paint, and tore it down the sides. Then added an equally torn border that is a lovely burnished-gold color! <3 (you can see it on the sides)
I love/am perturbed by the fact that Fai's yellow eye is the most vibrant thing in the piece. Yay? LOVE.

I love this print, in all it's dark-ish, vampiric nature. *grins wickedly* Mmmm, Fai's eye standing out so brightly is definitely my favorite part. All the work you did to weather this, amazing! It adds that extra "dark" touch that really enhances the picture. Great job as always!

I'm not actually this far in the manga (volume 5) but since I roleplay with a lot of Fais that are from later in the series, soo.. I'm over the spoilers. (Which is great because I can look at beautiful fanart like this! ^O^)
I love Kurogane's expression.. x3 I think your artwork is making me have a bigger crush on him than I already did..! Fai's is so creepy.. I really love it!

AMAZING.
The dull-er colors go so great, and Fai's eye seriously stands out. It is beautiful. And the background is total love. Just...freakin' amazing. And the torn edges makes it all the better. Like actual parchment! <3
