This is Hikero Tilo, a bit of a odd ball. He is from the Houka series. He suppose to have a colorful apperance and always seem to have smerk on his face, I wounder what is he thinking? He wants to hang with Houka but get denide most if the time and get jeylus of Chris and Crystal for hanging with.

As for the pic itself, I think I did a pretty good job. That watch might be a bit on the small size but overoll Decent at least.
