Him and his gang of hooligans go around England and take sadistic pleasure terrorizing innocent people for their own amusement. He's from A Clockwork Orange, the ultra-violent novel written by Anthony Burgess that also inspired the famous 1971 Stanley Kubrick film starring Malcolm McDowell. This is Alex in his book persona. It's described in the book that him and his droogs wear black tights and waistcoats with huge shoulder pads and off-white cravats. I had a lot of fun with this drawing and I hope you love it.
