It's General Conference weekend, something that comes twice a year in the LDS Church. Members from around the world get to hear spiritual messages from church leadership and refocus their belief in Jesus Christ. This particular image was taken two and a half years ago during one such Conference weekend. It was a wonderful occasion when my family traveled from out of state. We gathered together to enjoy each other's company, watch the Conference, hike in the beautiful Utah mountains, and eat lots of delicious food. A lot has changed since that weekend so long ago, back when I was at a different school and in a much different part of life. These semi-annual Conferences have become marker points, allowing me to see the passage of time in chunks and examine my life.

Here's to hoping for the best in the next six months. Maybe we'll have some new adventures to share along the way.
