In the IDW comic 'All hail Megatron' #12, Thundercracker stop a nuke before it can explode on Earth.That made me think about the movie 'Dr Strangelove' where a Nuke is launched on Russia, with that guy named Major Kong riding the nuke like he would a horse as it falls down.
