It's fine. Great movie. The only part that's gory is Amanda taking out an intestine. You see it for literally 1/2 a second.

I can't believe i never commented on this piece, despite having it in my favorites for months now.
Well, now is my chance: The drawing is fuckin amazing, period. the look on Amanda's face is so realistic and it resembles her expression of that scene perfectly.
Amanda, next to Jigsaw, is without a doubt the best character in SAW, It's amaing how she started off as a minor character in the first SAW film, then as mere sidekick in SAW II and then as the main villian in SAw III. Shawnee Smith did an marvelous job on potraying such an emotional character.
It's too bad that so many people dislike her because of her working for Jigsaw and making unescapable traps.
Well, if it wasn't for those things she did, then she would not be the Amanda we now know. An emotional wreck, an ex-drug addict and a cutter, who has nothing to lose and did everything in her strength to make Jigsaw proud.

i can't believe it took me this long to reply to such a great comment, haha.
yeah, the eyes are the most expressive part, so i wanted to make sure i nailed it 8) And yes she is! She is my absolute favorite character in Saw, and just in general. I love that she started as a side character and evolved into so much more, and yeah, Shawnee was perfect in every way. She captured all of the pure emotion Amanda's character had.
Well, it was such in her character to make inescapable traps.It was more believable and made you kinda pity her more in the sense that she was too caught up in her emotions and judgements to offer the salvation jigsaw was able to. she was such a real character, like, all of her actions and decisions were so connected with who she was and what she had been through. she was very human, and that's what i like about her, she was relatable in the darkest way possible. and the bond she ended up forming with jigsaw was heart-warming in a way. i dunno, i liked it. well, i'm really glad you appreciate her character too!

yeah, to hell with hoffman. i ended up liking him later in the movies though i guess(though i personally consider the canon end of sawing being at the conclusion of 3 because the movies started sucking after that, so i don't acknowledge them XD). nobody messes with my favorite character! especially not via emotional blackmail.
