Yeah.... the Nikon VRII system allows handheld shots up to 1/8sec to be perfectly clear, but with a bit of a steady hand, 1/3sec isn't a problem. Cool eh?
These lenses don't come cheap though, although I think they are worth the money!

They made some artificial rainforest, including this lovely miniature waterfall
