Ghost Rider is a great subject piece that displays a good eye for dynamic pose and core illustration skill. The artists does a great job of utilizing minimalistic design without sacrificing substance. Overall, the piece is a great example of keeping things focused so that the viewer experience is maximized.
The artist here demonstrates excellent skill in value, as the depth of the subject matter here is not overdone by shading. There's just enough detail as to not be overtly simple or to detract from the overall look the artist pulls off here.
The pose here is just great. The dynamic nature of the flames with the off centering of the steed and rider are just excellent. Very visually dramatic and alluring. All of the latter is enhanced by the quick-handedness of the pencil work.
To note, this piece would have been enhanced by not have adding the line work to the far left as it is not neat nor keeps with the synergy of the piece. A tad to free flowing and scribbly.
Overall, great work with strong footing in good technique.
