Cappuccino had joined the farm over the harsh winter that they’d experienced. She had taken the awful weather in her stride, easily fitting into the already large roster of horses, and was living her best life out in the field with a nice warm rug and the rest of the mares for company. Despite that, as soon as the warmer weather began to creep in (although there was still snow on the hills!) she was taken to her first show. She made it perfectly clear to Tessa, that despite travelling for this, she did not want to be plaited, and so she took her in with a finely stripped mane, hoping that it would at least look pretty enough to earn her a place somewhere. It was something she didnt think to work on before loading the mare up to take her to the show, although that was definitely something she would remember to do once they arrived home.
