I really like all these horizontal lines and the vertical smoke, it's works great together.

It definitely looks like a city but there's some very nice architecture there and the buildings look mostly lower to the ground. I know that in Paris it's illegal to build any buildings higher than 3 or it may be 5 levels off the ground unless it's on the outskirts of the city. I'm going to go out on a limb and ask if you're located somewhere in Europe and if you are, which country is this city in?

This is Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. There's quite a peace of Old Town, though it is not big in comparison with some more outstanding European cities, because the town was officially founded only in 1323, which is not a long time ago for an European capital city. For example, we have around three original Gothic houses left (and some churches, of course), then a lot of Baroque all over the town, and then some pretty examples of Classicistic buildings, but only a few from Renaissance.
There is a restriction of how high a building you can rise in the Old Town, of course, but not in the other areas.

I would love to live in a city that has a lot of architectural history, but unfortunately living in North America there's not really a whole lot to take a look at.
