So, I heard likes hyenas... I wish I had more, but only two were good enough to get past my "DA filter."-Is it "hyenas" or "hyena" when you speak of them in a plural sense?

This is a beautiful photo! I love the way the lighting makes the hyena appear to be glowing. I'm glad to see my favourite animal/ fursona being portrayed as beautiful and artistic instead of as a slathering monster like so many people seem to think of them. I would like to ask your permission to use this photo as a banner to put on my Gaia profile. (I would credit you, of course.)

Thank you so much! This one seems to be the overwhelming favorite of my Hyena photos, even though I don't think it's my best. Personally, I don't care that much for them. I love cheetahs, the hyenas' punching bags. :/
I have grown to respect them, after watching them for so long. They're incredibly intelligent, and vicious killers. But, I still think they're ugly as sin.

Well, you're quite welcome. I know hyenas aren't so pretty, but for some reason I seem more inclined to love the uglier animals anyway (such as hyenas, possoms, bats, etc...) My favourite cat breed is the sphinx~! xD

My second favorite of yours is this one: [link] I like how the light seems to halo the face only. You could probably tweak that in an editor to make that even more dramatic.

For some reason, I like harsh light O.o I don't know why...
My signature though, is no post editing. I've had to use Photoshop on my last batch, but that's because my camera settings were on harsh settings (experimenting). But, I stay away from post editing.
