The last picture was much to ocmplicated.

One thing you need to stop is having one part not outlined and another part outlined in black, it ruins the picture. Also, if you're going to use a lot of heavy bluring on the fur, everything else needs to be blended well, otherwise it stands out far too much.

yeah the black lines this time were an accident, when I saved the image and exited the programme I didnt realise id not removed the sketch layer, but it was too late and trying to remove the lines were just ruining the image so i left it and did the best job i could.

thanks for your help on fur, im still learning to do fur so any help is always welcome

It's absolutely adorable.
The simple background really makes the deer stand out, which is good, because it's just so cuute . It sort of seems like the deer is floating a little, though, because there's no shadow on the ground. But maybe that was intended.
Anyways, it's quite good.

thankyou people sugessted I keep the otehr background which was trees and stuff, but i thought it was really cvomplicated so made it alot simpler with the suggestion of trees instead^^

there was *Some* shadows but when I put a layer of grass as I do my grass in several layers, because it was brown and not my normakl greens it didnt have the same effect normmal on the green grass when i put a layer over it makes the shadows look not so harsh and more natural, but ont he brown grass it made them vanish but i liked it too much so left it
