Description
Donald Cain was a chemist who founded the Cain chemical company in Bucharest. Unfortunately, his buissess partner George Sandu tricked Donald into selling the entire company to him afterwards Donald and his son Victor were kicked out of the company's leadership and ended up on the streets.
Years later Victor adopted the identity of Dr. Death and plans to kill Sandu, take back the company and use it's resources to create a chemical weapon that he can threaten the city with hold it for ransom insuring that the Cain family will never be forgotten.
