Your life has been hard and you suffered for so long but now it's over. Sleep now my friend you deserve a rest and I will sing you a final lullaby.

"Who is he?", a warrior asked observing the priest standing beside a passing soldier.

"They call him the guide. For some unknown reason he sees it as his duty to stay beside those who will die and sing them songs.", the other one replied.

"Singing them songs?", the warrior said frowning, "As if they could enjoy then."

Silently he sung a tune. Sweet and gently with a voice of velvet. The passing soldier's breath became slower but a soft smile was crossed his lips. A silent tear ran down the priest's cheek as he saw how Mother embraced her son and took him with her.

"May you sleep peacefully now.",he whispered before he turned around and disappeared in the shadows of the forest like he was a shadow himself.

Adult Ashie being his own silent and gentle self (with little spirits). I don't give him the love he deserves but I also can't part with him for some reason.

So here he is as 10 year old priest, who devoted his life to serve his goddess and stay beside the sick, weak and injured so that they won't die all alone. Blackwood is a hard place to live but you don't need to be alone in your last few moments if there's somebody who can keep you company and sing you a final lullaby.
Just a concept for now as I don't know if it might be still conform with Blackwood standards once he's 10.
