I've heard a few people talking about how hard it is to do the frills of a Vaporeon right... I think this young lady at Sakura-Con 2009 did them well enough.Please imagine those are flower petals and rocks on the floor, not bits of paper and backpacks.

And the vaporeon girl is beautiful. She did a brilliant job on that costume. Most people who dress up as pokemon don't do as well as that.
