Prey seems even more scarce than usual, considering the change of season to spring.
Desperate or acknowledging the need to work together with another wolf or other species, alliances are formed - if only for the moment.
Persephone was now nearing young adulthood. She was roaming further away from her family each time she left on an adventure. This meant she need to hunt for herself. Sometimes she was fortunate, other times she was not. Luckily she'd run into another wolf to help her with today's meal. Panting heavily, she raced through the forest; weaving dangerously through the trees. The presence of the other shewolf could be felt as they closed in on the frantic doe. Her lungs burned as her hunger continued to push her faster. Muscles ached as she worked past their limits. Just a little closer!
