I gather all the pieces from is a interesting story of its own. All the pieces are from artist in the past that I personally admire, the mouth and mustache of Jacob Lawrence, the mono brow of Frida Kahlo, the headwrap from Vincent Van Gogh’s Self-Portrait with Bandaged Ear, and the left eye of Tite Kubo. The title is a gesture defense of that concept. Although I’m inspired, I’m not a gimmick or stealing.
