Indeed, why would I say you improved?
I don't know about the story behind this image, but I can see a softly hug, gives a protection emotion, one character is totally relaxed, while the other seems to be... self-assure, presumptuous even haha.
Like everyone else, there are things you're doing right, others not at all, but still the image as it is works.
This is just my opinion and it's up to you how much worths for you. I would work more on improving the lineart, using diferent brush sizes and slowly adding details for your characters: cloths, eyes, hair... etc. You're quite nice designer, so thinking a bit more about their appear should be easy for you . Leave the coloring till you feel comfortable and confident enough with your draw -your coloring is ok, but it consumes a lot of time, and I think it's better to do 2 b/w pics then one coloured.
Keep it up, I want to see more stuff from you!

You are so totally right.
I appreciate the fact that you took the time to give me such a detailed critique~
Your opinion means a lot, and I'll do my best to work on my line art :3 I find it harder to draw on my tablet then on paper (my sketch book looks nothing like my gallery) , so I've been practicing using it more, to get a better feel of it :3
