The first thing i notice is that almosta ll the free standing lights look like multi-pointed stars. i think this is quite a nice shot, ive seen many of this type before but what probably strikes me the most about this one is that it is a night time scene and for the most part, it is dark.
The things i like the most include the contrasting areas in the sky, the incredible focus, the shimmer on the water and how it is the same "matte" look the whole way across. even though it is dark, it has incredible colours, i love how the oranges bring it to life.
In one of the comments, someone has said that the horizon line is off. i think that is just a visual illusion and that if you were to remove the bridge from this that you would see a perfectly straight line. ( its called the muller illusion )

Very good job I think. I noticed that the shoreline is not leveled though, so I'd even that out to be perfectly horizontal. Also I'd try to crop it down to have the bridge tower's top 1/3 of the way from the top of the photo. That might help to reduce the negative space at the top while also helping the composition. I also find that the bridge lights lead me into the top-right corner of the photo, but there's absolutely nothing there. Maybe if you could dim the lights as they approach the top-right corner. But then I'm not sure how that might look in the end, so that's something to experiment with.
