As everyone else has said, great use of lighting on the smoke to her left and the light coming onto that side of the cloak...

*tries to think of something to critique advancedly*

Erm, only thing that comes to mind is changing the shape of the darkness inside the hood slightly...at least in the show, the corners where it turns back in to meet at her broach are further down, so that the bottom part is more horizontal...hmm, think that makes sense...

Though in some ways your hood shape here looks more menacing

it definately lives up to your name tee hee!!
i like the smokey, blurry-ness thing it works well, it makes rae seem that oh so much more evil looks like shes just comming from, like the shadows of darkenss, or somewhere equally dark, and evil and sinister!!
