Please understand that all of the following is merely my opinion. You may disregard anything with which you do not agree.
I love how she appears to be the center of the fire, yet you allow us to decide whether she's creating it or being consumed by it. That's a very intriguing choice, and it's nicely executed, especially with keeping her hands hidden from view. I also like how you have some blur around her dress as though the air is hazy from the heat. The only recommendation I would have there is to add slightly more distortion in order to give the fire a more realistic aspect.
The ash is a nice touch as it certainly provides more depth to the aspect of something being burned to the point of complete destruction. It seems a bit odd, though, since there's nothing within the frame itself that could have created all of that detritus as only the stones and the girl exist. It might be worth considering increasing the canvas on both sides and adding in elements of what's being destroyed. Not only will that provide viewers an idea of what's creating so much ash, it will also provide the viewer with far more understanding of the scope of the blaze itself.
Another thing that stands out to me is the light that seems to emanate from her hair. It's a bit unusual, and certainly gives more weight to the idea that she's creating the fire than simply caught up in it. But what's more noteworthy to me about it is that the shadows which would be created because of the fire are eliminated by the light from her hair. It's just something I noticed about the piece, and it works really well for bringing our attention straight to the girl. In pulling our attention directly to her face, it's her expression that comes under scrutiny. I'm not quite sure what to make of it, because it's not pleading, it's not glorying in the destruction... It's actually kind of non-descript. It seems to be at odds with the power that you're conveying with the rest of the image.
Overall, I really do think you did a marvelous job with this piece. Thank you for sharing it, and happy "arting"!
