So it's the mild kind of "rape" where nothing is really happening but afterwards she'll decide she didn't like it and so say it was forced even though she is clearly not fighting or protesting. *nods*

Congrats DarkendLamb this picture is so powerful it made me sign into deviant art just so I could criticize it.
First off the expression in her face does not portray rape at all. Maybe guilt of doing something taboo with her boyfriend and getting caught. What it does protray is that the model/ artist is a camwhore who just wanted to show herself in a risque situation and show off her face so she could hear how hot she was.
Also it lacks struggle. You say shes submissive and just gave up and took it being numb. However if that was the case you could have her head back in the air with a look of anguish and pushing on the guy with the sides or back of her arms.
This image doesn't make me want to come to the aid of battered women, it makes me want to buy Calvin Klein perfume. Its the exploitation of a dark subject such as rape so a camwhore artist could get attention.

This really speaks to me. Kinda. I mean, I ranaway a long time ago, and I still do, but I ran away from my sister's boyfriend, who raped me after I got out of school. I ran home, packed, and spent 2 nights on the street. In the snow, and it was like -10 degrees. So, to all those who we're raped, You are not alone.

This is beautiful. very good at portraying the silent cries of those young women [and men] who have had such a horrible thing happen to him. Not really sure if that's what you were going for, but it's what I got from it. I love it.
