Description
I rubbed my throbbing head as I got up from my bed. It seems the medicine Swap had given me wore off while I was asleep. I slowly crept out of my room dragging a fluffy blanket with me. I hadn't left all day aside from going to meals and the bathroom. Even at meal time I ate in the kitchen with Swap while B and Fell ate in the living room. I wasn't ready to face the two of them yet. Thankfully Swap understood this, and had even kept me company whenever he wasn't busy. Right now he was probably asleep with B though. Hopefully Fell was asleep too so I could seek in to the kitchen for some medicine. I grimaced remembering its sour taste. I was defiantly going to need something to wash it down..
I yawned padding into the kitchen. A nice glass of... “Stars,” I said surprised. He jumped a bit but didn't turn around.
“O-oh Y/N. What are you doing up?” He stuttered.
“Medicine I'm sick now too,” I said simply. “I'm glad to see you up. You had me worried for a bit.”
“Oh I'm feeling much better now. Sorry to hear you caught it too. I believe the medicine is right over there.” He pointed a cabinet still not facing me.
I quietly grabbed the medicine and a glass. I filled up the medicine and downed it gagging. “Ugh! I swear they make sure it tastes awful on purpose!” I joked quickly filling my glass with juice and washing the taste out with it. I looked at Stars who hadn't moved from his spot. “You can turn around you know. I have my shirt on,” I teased adding. “Unless you really want me to...”
He yelped jumping around. “N-n-no please don't!” My face must have given away my shock because he immediately covered his cheeks.
“Stars.”
“Yes?” He squeaked frozen in place.
“You have four eyes...”
“Yes.”
“They're hot pink, and glowing.”
“Yes.”
“Wait are your pupils slits?” I squinted walking up and trying to get a closer look. He flinched back as I got up close snapping me out of my curiosity. “Stars are you OK?”
He swayed a bit from foot to foot as he tried to look anywhere but me. I sighed gently placing my hands over his and removing them from his closed eyes. “Stars relax. It's just an extra pair of eyes. There's nothing to be ashamed of.”
His eyes snapped open. “I-I need to go. Goodnight Y/N.” With that he was gone. He just... vanished. I stood in the kitchen wide eyed before what had just happened sunk in. I sighed leaning against the counter. Great not two but three relationships have been ruined.
