La Navidad se trata de Jesús

Esta vez la inspiración directa fue Jesucristo. El hecho de celebrar su nacimiento (aunque nadie sepa la fecha exacta) me lleva a reflexionar el impacto de su vida en nuestras vidas. El diseño está cargado de simbolismos que nos recuerdan a la vida y obra de Jesús cuando estuvo en la tierra. Desde nacer en un pesebre como un delicado niño, a ser el cordero inmolado de Dios rumbo al monte Calvario donde venció a la serpiente antigua, el diablo, y a la muerte, siendo el León de Judá. De su sacrificio de amor brotó un río que limpia el pecado del mundo y apaga las obras del mal. No olvidemos la presencia del Espíritu Santo de Dios y de la morada celestial a la que Jesús ascendió para reinar sobre toda la creación. ¿Qué otros simbolismos hubieras agregado tú?

Christmas is about Jesus

This time the direct inspiration was Jesus Christ. The fact of celebrating his birth (although no one knows the exact date) leads me to reflect on the impact of his life on our lives. The design is loaded with symbolism that reminds us of the life and work of Jesus when he was on earth. From being born in a manger as a delicate child, to being the slain lamb of God towards Mount Calvary where he defeated the ancient serpent, the devil, and death, being the Lion of Judah. From his sacrifice of love flowed a river that cleanses the sin of the world and quenches the works of evil. Let us not forget the presence of the Holy Spirit of God and the heavenly abode to which Jesus ascended to reign over all creation. What other symbolisms would you have added?
