I remember watching a feature-length story where Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm got married but I don't think I saw any of the full series with her as an adult.

There wasn't a series exactly but there was a movie where Pebbles gives birth to twins and a Christmas special where Fred takes in a wayward orphan shortly before Pebbles, Bamm-Bamm and the twins arrive in Bedrock for the holidays.
