I love the story in this. It reminds me of a fable about a race of seal people, seals that could turn into humans and walk the shores. I love the fact that they are a couple, and the wings on either side of them is a beautiful touch to the piece (that sells the story I think).

This is so beautiful. I love the composition and the subtle colouring of it... and it really does look like it could be a book cover or something. In the way of critique, I can't quite tell what's going on around the hand area (it looks like one large, misshapen hand instead of two, unless that's what it's meant to be...?) but hey, that's just nitpicking. You get a fav outta me.

Beautiful work, it's got a very mythological edge to it. It remnids me of several prominent stories of Crows and Ravens (Huginn and Muginn from Norse mythology most prevelently)
