Why did Pharaoh Khufu such a strange attire? This isn't ancient Egyptian costume and more like a modern Arab galabya.

The reason is simple. I chose that relatively modern attire (as I did for other historical characters) in order to give the impression of immortality.

Fantastic. I hope to one day (I've made some very basic studies) produce a range of paintings like this on an array of ancient Roman figures. Love the shadow and the rich black ground.

Khufu looks ominous here - I'd scared to see what he does with the crook he's holding.

i like the way u've played with light and shadows in this piece, creates an air of mystery in some ways. (also the fight between good and evil, and there's always gotta be a balance between the two of them, cause without the one the other one will absorbe everything, and wont even really be).
well done, as the other works of yours, got many details that are very well caught. but this piece in particular caught my eye, it stands out, maybe cause of the light/darkness, but i dunno... it's like he slips out of the darkness, stepping out of it in some ways,as if he's been standing in them for then to come out at the right moment in time (the look in his face, as if he's overheared a conversation of sorts)
anyway, nough of me babeling on, nice work, so keep it up
