Do you really expect not to see one with a mildly similar coloring somewhere?

If you see every OC with a somewhat blue coloring as something like a competitor, you wont be happy here anymore.
You dont even separate the blue from Kiyoshiii's OC (as shown above) from the light blue Color of Rainbow-dash...
Maybe you should stop worrying about and start enjoying your Art and the Art of the Fandom.
There will be always someone who has similar Ideas than you, like making an OC blue, so better learn to deal with it.
