Well you can find these on NND ( www.nicovideo.jp/ )
And the main effect NCHLShader2 you can find on the internet somewhere ( I don't have link for it sorry ;-; )
But it's kinda annoying to use it, you have to delete all spas and put Refl. Int. on 5 everywhere.
