Here is my Secret Santa 2014 gift for I do apologize for this taking longer than the due date. Like many of us I worked like a dog over christmas and never really got a chance to start this until the last few days before the submission closing date....That and I really had to narrow my sugestions for something Fire Nation related (Fire rules the world and is pretty broad )

As always I love drawing Ozai but For awhile I wanted to try my hand at practicing some drawing with mythical creatures particularly dragons. I debated between making Ozai's fire-breathing companions a western style but I was advised to keep it eastern for the ATLA universe. I also wanted to do a fairly different style for Ozai's amour, something regal and befitting royalty (Well... princely status since he is not wearing the Fire Lord's crown). As much as I love Phoenix King Ozai his armour was well...plain for a guy bent on world conquest and from the richest elemental nation .

As apart of the Secret santa and not having the time to get it done (so bonus for you) I wanted it to be extra special so I will be allowing to not only give Ozai's dragon a name but choose the colour scheme; A red dragon, blue, gold... whatever you want and it will be added once coloured which is my next task.
