It's interesting. With the fan being one of the lightest colored items in the photo, i might crop a little more out of it, but other than that, it looks very good and interesting! Captured a good facial expression, something that seems genuine.

Yeah, I hear that about the fan- in retrospect, I might have dodged it. I did want to leave it in though, he's a writer and needed a portrait so I'd about two hours to get there, shoot, and edit, and I did want to leave at least some element of the desk in- works a lot better than [link] I think. He wanted something a little less traditional/portraity.
