First off, this is very interesting bird/alien! It's pretty cool how you combined all sorts of different animal parts. It looks unique and not like a jumbled mess as I would have thought so many different creatures put together would end up. I really like your palette selection and the overall design of the character is splendid too. 
The wrinkles on her and her somewhat tired looking left eye seems to suggest that she is rather old. 
I like the shading on her antler but the shading elsewhere seems to be a bit off in places. For instance, her mask seems oddly shaded as well as below her neck. Also, her jewels could stand out a bit more.
The tubes on the left side of her head are rather alienish and neat but the one on her right looks just like a strip of skin which separated itself from her face which is rather disturbing. I'd suggest changing it's color to make it seem less like that
I really like her eyes. They could be a bit more luminescent but that's fine. The very left of her beak sticks out too far and looks a bit odd and deformed. I'm not sure if that was intended or not... 
Overall, this is really awesome! ^^

I have to say this is a nice, piece the colors are amazing and the details are great and the shading and lighting are stunning. As for the creature itself, it looks like something that would came out if you have a machine that can combine life forms, throw a human, an eagle , a deer, a spider and a fish for the final touch and boom you get this, a marvelous creation of human savagery! or so i hope... as you said it is an alien and i like the idea here. her right eye shows intelligence sort of like a human eye, while the other eye is like an eye of a spider, the "ears" looks like a fish fin, the horns is like a horns of a deer and the beak is something you would see in eagles or ravens. i must say so myself it looks pretty good, you combine their specific attribute really well without making it look weird or silly. although i have some minor confusion, i wouldn't say it was a flaw but it kinda confused me as to whether were viewing her "front" or "front right", you see, if you look at the connection of her neck and the cloth or metal thingy, there's a gap on the left while in the right it connects well and since you didn't draw her full shoulders there's no way for me to know what position she's in. what i meant to say is it would be nice if you draw her shoulders as well as it would give us an idea of how she is positioned, but other than that minor confusion of mine, this is a nice piece and i like it .

I Absolutely love this!
The idea is great and the colors are vibrant which gives off a great appearance. I have not seen anything like this and notice that you have a creative eye in terms of colors, designing and an initial idea. There are so many elements and thoughts combined into the one image that it is an all new species from another dimension! Once again, fantastic job and keep up the great work!

Hey there!  I saw this on and this really caught my eye!  This image looks greats on thumbnail, beautiful on click and then gorgeous on full size!  Your shading is just spot on; you use shadows and highlights so well on her skin to make her appear to be an older alien; the wrinkles seem anatomically correct for her species and I love how they are also used to enhance her personality; she appears to be wise and kind.  Her horns/antlers have a good amount of texture on them and I love the tears on her fins; those were well done and don't appear random at all; those holes and everything else on this image appears planned for.  I love her lashes and those deep eyes are enchanting!  Before work on the colors for the shadows and highlights as well!

I wish that the metal part of her form were as arresting as the organic portions; I can't tell what is metal and what is organic except for the more muted colors.  I feel like her gems are also missing some shine in them as well; they could’ve used more strong highlighting to stand out a bit more.   However, those are my only nitpicks; everything here is such a solid concept and image; those multiple eyes on her left side add some really nice asymmetry too!  Fantastic work!
