Description
To be honest I was somewhat inspired by a fake Eeveelution I saw that was all white but had these mystical rainbow beads around it. the only thing from that would be the beads around it, which I should have done the symbols of the types because that would be cool, but too late now.

Apart from the beads, everything else is my own design, drawing from the other Eeveelutions. I'm sure you can spot them and I tried to keep the colors I put in pastel-y.
