So... uh... for my video game class, our final project was to make a game. Me, with my none-existing programming skills, decided to do something that won't require me to code things..... visual novel/ dating sim game. The crappy title is "Blindness" and basically it's inspired by my love of Korean traditional culture stuff thingy.... so uhh yah. basically it's rly cheesy and badI thought to just upload the character arts here so people can see I'm not dead yet .... uhh well comment which one is yo fav. I'm considering continuing this so gimme yo opinions! yah...

I like Yeul and Yun the most! Especially Yeul. He looks so cute in that robe! They look alike, though; I wouldn't be surprised if there's a plot twist that they're secretly twins/brothers lmao
GOOD LUCK WITH THE GAME! Since there's 5 characters (and possibly 4 routes?) so far, I'm guessing this is going to be a medium-sized game. I've participated in making a game before, so I know it would be difficult to make it entirely on your own (You have to write, look for creative commons music, code, sprite/BG/CG art and GUI, man).

Yah I'm using ren'py and it's actually SO MUCH EASIER THAN ANY OTHER PROGRAMMING THING I USED. IT'S GREAT. Still if I have the time and the creativity I would like to continue the game it was totally mind-breaking but enjoyable experience u v u

I KNOW RIGHT?? I've checked Novelty before, and it's quite... confusing, I'd say. Ren'py is so much more easier to comprehend, and everyone in Lemmasoft forum is so nice! They're always prompt to answer your programming/coding question. They even gave me the code to make custom textbox fgh THAT WAS A LIFE-SAVER
Imho making a game requires less creativity, but passion and dedication. Whether your can finish a project or not rides on it. Without love, you'd just drop the project right away XD This is why having a good team is important - they can both encourage or discourage the progress.

LOLOLOL yah I just got into game dev thingy this semester and it's been reallyyyy fun. Apparently our school is pretty high up there for video game major and I didn't even know about it until I got here
my video game teacher is really epic too. he has like... frigging 3 degrees or something? He was a VP of Konami but then he has like frigging pilot license and he also runs a restaurant he's sorta like the most interesting man on earth LOLOLOLOL
i've been trying to actually get out of my hermit mode these days cuz he always said in game industry, it's all about the connections. I just joined a game dev team too but since I'm a noobie I hav lik.... no idea.. what to do..... hopefuly I can learn stuff along the way.....
