When people do Lovecraft-inspired monsters, you often see Dagon-like creatures, but Cthulhu-like creatures are extremely rare for some reason. So props to you for taking an unusual subject matter, one.
Second, I love how you managed to take the idea of a "Cthulhu spawn" and give it your own unique personal take, rather than simply copying Cthulhu tropes. I especially love the maw in the belly - simple, but effective way to make your design exude monstrousness.
