Description
This is the nearly complete sprite sheet for the "General Cutman" character I featured in my afore mentionstory, which I touched on briefly when I submitted a scrap of this very sheet. While its not complete just yet, it's 90% done, as I only have one set of animations to complete (throwing animation with the lab coat). It's based on the Cutman sheet found in Rockman 8, where he was a "secret boss". 32-Bit with heavy customization. Note the four running frames that were cut out for the running animation with the lab coat one; I wanted him to look as though he moved a bit faster without the coat hindering him. That, and I'm lazy.
